i forgot to keep exercising after 2 days LMAO anyway!!! i went on a long walk today with the dog and the sea was so clear by the promenade that when i looked over the railing i could see a big long wormy fish chasing a bunch of smaller fish. this caught my eye initially because when the smaller ones escaped to the side they'd shimmer. love that.
